- Shoppers outside TX or FL — other states run their own back-to-school tax holidays on different dates and limits; check your state's tax authority before assuming this applies.
- Anyone buying after the window closes — Texas's window is 3 days only (Aug 7–9); Florida's runs longer (through Aug 20) but still ends.

Does the tax exemption apply if I order online and have it shipped to Texas or Florida? Sales tax rules for online orders during a holiday period vary by state and by the seller's tax registration. Check the retailer's checkout process directly — we can't confirm this applies uniformly across all four brands.
Can I combine multiple brands in one tax-free order? The exemption applies per item, not per order, so yes — as long as each individual item is under $100.
Which brand has the widest size range under $100? Stay Another Day's 988 hoodie and crewneck reach 5XL. Jamroc's under-$100 pieces are more limited in size range than its full-price hoodie line.
